Register for the Highland Griffith Chamber's Women In Business free event to discuss "Women and Burnout". Our guest speaker will be Faith Hayes, Owner/CEO of Stepping Stones Counseling Center. The presentation, entitled "From Exhaustion to Empowerment: Healing from Burnout", will focus on: "What is Burnout?", "Signs and Symptoms", "Causes of Burnout", "Strategies for Individuals", "Organizational Strategies" and "When to Seek Help" The event will be held on Wednesday, January 28th, from 6:30-8:00 PM at Griffith First Christian Church.
